Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ESSENCE PILATES! By participating in our classes and using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Class Fees
All fees are due at the time of class reservation or prior to the class.
Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable including late cancellation.
Prices are subject to change, but current members will be notified in advance.
2. Class Reservations and Cancellation
Class reservations can be made online or in person minimum 24 hours prior to class start time
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid class credit being charged.
3. Health and Safety
Inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.
It is your responsibility to know your physical limits and to practice safely.
4. Studio Policies
Arrive on time for your class. Arriving 15 minutes after scheduled class time would be considered a late cancellation.
Grip socks must be worn during class time for safety and hygienic reasons.
Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Code of Conduct
Respect fellow participants and instructors.
Disruptive behaviour, including harassment, will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the studio.
6. Photographs and Videos
The studio may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the instructor.
7. Amendments
ESSENCE PILATES reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members in advance.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in classes at ESSENCE PILATES, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
