Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ESSENCE PILATES! By participating in our classes and using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Fees

  • All fees are due at the time of class reservation or prior to the class.

  • Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable including late cancellation.

  • Prices are subject to change, but current members will be notified in advance.


2. Class Reservations and Cancellation 

  • Class reservations can be made online or in person minimum 24 hours prior to class start time

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid class credit being charged. 


3. Health and Safety

  • Inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.

  • It is your responsibility to know your physical limits and to practice safely.


4. Studio Policies

  • Arrive on time for your class. Arriving 15 minutes after scheduled class time would be considered a late cancellation.

  • Grip socks must be worn during class time for safety and hygienic reasons.  

  • Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect fellow participants and instructors.

  • Disruptive behaviour, including harassment, will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the studio.


6. Photographs and Videos

  • The studio may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the instructor.


7. Amendments

  • ESSENCE PILATES reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members in advance.


8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in classes at ESSENCE PILATES, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
